Neil Zlozower has been a rock photographer since the late 60s. In that time he has photographed most mainstream rock bands in that time period. This book includes photographs of 150 of them including such diversity as Eddie Van Halen, Dave Navarro, Dimebag Darrell, one of Dimebag's idols Ace Frehley and B.B. King.

Most of the photographs are in black and white, but a few of them are in color. The book is 255 pages long and mostly photographs. There is sometimes a little text with a quote from the subject or someone close to them describing something about them or the circumstances of the photograph.

I would say that 99% of the photographs are in concert. In these photographs you can almost hear the music, smell the sweat and the stale beer.

Any fan of guitar oriented rock will want this book.
